Francesca Negri is one of the young emerging chroniclers of the Italian enogastronomy. Her great passion for cooking and wine has led her to become the enogastronomic signature of the Trentino and South Tyrolean backs of Corriere della Sera and to be one of the leading pens of national magazines such as Vie del gusto and Wine Passion. She has also signed services for Bell'Italia, Cucina Gourmet, A tavola, Papa-geno. Two times Selection Award Bancarella della Cucina, in 2008 and 2009, respectively with La Storia nel Piatto Trentino Alto Adige and Oro Giallo, published by Curcu & Genovese, adds to its awards also the second place in the Vino Prize in Literature of Santo Stefano Belbo with Il Menu del Vino (also Curcu & Genovese), with which she won the Bancarel Vino 2010 . She is also an author for Gribaudo: in 2010 she published for the publishing house of the Feltrinelli group Paolo Cappuccio. Mediterranean cuisine and the Alpenroyal's great cuisine.
